How We Began
Jeremiah's Promise was founded when we saw young adults aging out of foster care with no one to call. No family member to call at midnight. No one who had promised to show up. We created Jeremiah's Promise to change that.
The Gap We Fill
We serve the moment after foster care ends.
Most organizations support youth while they are still in care. We support them after the system steps out, when vulnerability spikes and stability disappears.
